Pre-workout and after the workout. Looked a bit more fresh and energised beforehand, haha. It feels like I'm at the gym every single day at the moment, a perfect way for me to unwind since I'm usually restless, especially when I sit down in the same place and study as much as I do. The gym is my way to get rid of the excess energy, which I have a lot of, hehe.
Enough pointless ramble; how are you all? I know I've been off the radar for a couple of days, there has been a lot of things going on with school, work and some personal stuff that needed handling. But I'm really trying and willing to make this blogging thing work but sometimes life just comes in between, as it did now. BUT, fear not - I'm starting to get better at updating my Instastory during the weekdays so if you go to josefinmolanders and follow me there, you'll get a more everyday update of things happening. :)
Today is Saturday and besides working out I've just done some work at home today, mixed with watching The Good Wife (not sure why I haven't seen that show earlier, I'm obsessed) and just relaxing on the couch. I need to get better at doing nothing again, feels like my life goes by in a flash at the moment. On Monday we're already entering week 4 of this term, terrifying thought.
By the way; workout posts. Is that something that you would be interested in? I'm not an expert or anything but I truly enjoy it and it is a big part of my everyday life. Let me know your thoughts!
