Pre-workout and after the workout. Looked a bit more fresh and energised beforehand, haha. It feels like I'm at the gym every single day at the moment, a perfect way for me to unwind since I'm usually restless, especially when I sit down in the same place and study as much as I do. The gym is my way to get rid of the excess energy, which I have a lot of, hehe.

Enough pointless ramble; how are you all? I know I've been off the radar for a couple of days, there has been a lot of things going on with school, work and some personal stuff that needed handling. But I'm really trying and willing to make this blogging thing work but sometimes life just comes in between, as it did now. BUT, fear not - I'm starting to get better at updating my Instastory during the weekdays so if you go to josefinmolanders and follow me there, you'll get a more everyday update of things happening. :)

Today is Saturday and besides working out I've just done some work at home today, mixed with watching The Good Wife (not sure why I haven't seen that show earlier, I'm obsessed) and just relaxing on the couch. I need to get better at doing nothing again, feels like my life goes by in a flash at the moment. On Monday we're already entering week 4 of this term, terrifying thought.

By the way; workout posts. Is that something that you would be interested in? I'm not an expert or anything but I truly enjoy it and it is a big part of my everyday life. Let me know your thoughts!

I don't think I've ever really mentioned how much tea I actually drink. It's never not a good time to make a cup of nice, hot tea. I love having some sort of hot drink next to me when I sit by the computer working or trying to unwind on the sofa, usually my choice of hot drink is coffee but I've really tried to reduce my intake of coffee lately - so tea is the answer.

My all time favorite since I moved to London has been the Whittard's Cucumber Mint tea, I just can't get enough of it. It's also the same tea that I bring home to my mum every time I go to Sweden. I'll have to stock up as much as I can before (or if) I move home next summer.

Today is Tuesday and I've managed to workout this morning, had lunch and now I'm getting ready to head over to university in about an hour. Tuesdays are very chill and gives a lot of time to study on my own and do other things.

Hope you're enjoying your week so far! x

MONDAY: School from 10-15. Two very long sessions in Creative Advertising, a perfect start to the week if you ask me. After school I'm probably heading to the gym for a couple of hours just to get this week really kick-started. Chest and shoulders are on today's schedule, not my favourite routine but it has to be done.
TUESDAY: School 14.30-16.00, my shortest day when I'm at university. Before school I'm heading to the gym for a morning session, probably leg day if I have the energy for it. Then I need to have a sit down for a few hours to catch up on some reading for the rest of the week. It feels like that's all I'm doing, reading. Haha.
WEDNESDAY: Work between 12-15. Also need to get down to the office before that to pick up stock. I haven't done this for the entire summer so it will be interesting to get back on track. After work I'm heading straight to the gym for a back session and then home, cook some food and see if there's anything else to do for school.
THURSDAY: School from 10-18, a very long and intense day. Won't have much time left after that to do anything else.
FRIDAY-SUNDAY: My days off, if there are things to study I'll do that but other than that my weekend is pretty unplanned so far.

First time I sit down since I woke up this morning, puh..
I had a proper sleep-in this morning and didn't get out of bed until 10.30, had breakfast and then I headed straight to the gym. Gosh how I've missed working out this past week, felt really great to be back. After the gym I did some complementary grocery shopping for the week, got home and now I've spent a few hours making lunch boxes for next week. I will probably have to do at least one more cooking session next week since I though I had more stuff at home than I did. After cooking food I did a sweep through the apartment to make it look a bit more clean, can't stand working in a messy apartment.

And now here I am, sitting the sofa and I'm just about to start read up on some material for next weeks' lessons. So far I'm still on top of things and I plan to keep this up for the rest of the year.

Speaking of that, let's get going. I'll catch you again tomorrow for a weekly plans update! x

One of my favourite places in London, St Paul's Cathedral. I absolutely love the area and just walking around there. It's so beautiful! A recommended visit for anyone going to London, it's gorgeous down there.

J left this morning so now I'm back to being on my own again which means back to studying and working as normal again. I've changed up my courses a bit for the year so I'm jumping on a new one next week, which means two weeks of catching up to do before I can proceed. A very fun way to spend my Saturday.. Not complaining, I've loaded up with snacks, tea and some good music. ;)

Good morning, hope you've had a great week so far! It's been busy days for me to say the least with J over and school keeping me busy. But we managed to snap some outfit photos for you yesterday so here's that! In love with my trenchcoat and oh how I've missed my knitted turtlenecks and boots, autumn is definitely my favourite season in terms of clothing.

Today it's Thursday and I have a long day waiting for me at the university from 10-15. So whilst I'm stuck with my nose in my books, J is out on some solo adventures around London. When I finish we're meeting up somewhere in central, having dinner and might go to the movies if we're not too tired. I really wanted to see the new Kingsman movie so hopefully that is still on when we decide. Have any of you seen it?

And tomorrow is my free day off school so we'll spend the entire day together before J leaves again on Saturday morning. Probably just doing some sightseeing and spending time together. This week has gone by so quickly, too quickly really. If we keep moving in this pace I'll be home for Christmas in no time, haha!

Hope you've enjoyed your week and I'll catch you again tomorrow! x

When you have people coming to visit, you are allowed to have brunch in the middle of the week. This morning I wanted to bring J to my favourite place of all time - Tintico. We had a slow morning, had breakfast together and just spent some time catching up. It is a very grey day in London so it was perfect to spend it at my favourite coffee shop.

Now, after a quick photo session outside we're sat in the apartment, me trying to prepare for today's seminar and J just chilling. The perks of studying where I do is that I don't have too many lessons a week which gives me loads of time to be at home to work if I want to or when I'm alone I spend it at the library. This week when J is here I tried to get most my work done last weekend to be able to have a week off, which I'm incredibly grateful for. It's all about planning.

Later today we're heading to Ikea to pick up some furniture that I wanted to get now that W has moved out with his stuff. So that's happening. I wanted to get some sort of sofa and a smaller coffee table, since I do spend a lot of time in my apartment I want it to be more cosy and homey. :)

What are you guys up to today? x

Totally in love with my new jeans from Asos. I love their petite-range and I can now finally find jeans that looks good on my tiny legs (haha). So if you're a shorty like me - check them out!

Today has been a study day and preparing for next week because tomorrow J is coming over to stay with me for the week. I'm so incredibly excited to see him again and to show him my home. What we're doing during the week you'll just have too see here since some of the things are a bit hush-hush and some is just undecided. But I'm sure it will be a great week whatever we do. I love having friends and family over from home, it gives a great boost and motivate me to perform better in general.

And this weekend has been great as well. On Friday me and some friends went down to Canary Wharf for an Oktoberfest and we had so much fun, haha! So all of yesterday was spent recovering at home and W picked up his things so now I'm all clear to redecorate and do things around the apartment, I love it!

Hope you've all had a great weekend and you'll hear from me as much as I can next week, if time allows it. x

Some snapshots from yesterday's hunt for cinnamon buns that I can definitely call a success. I also went a bit overboard with the excitement and got 4 buns.. I just couldn't resist. Ate 3 of them yesterday and saved a vanilla bun for today's study session. I have a lot of reading to do so I better get cracking on that as soon as possible, just wanted to check in here and give you a quick update.

I've had introductions today for the rest of the courses I'm taking this year, Marketing Strategy and E-marketing & Social Media. Very different courses but I'm excited for this! It feels so unreal that I'll be finished in just 25 learning weeks if everything goes my way, and then I'll stand there with my bachelor degree in Marketing.

Now, enough rambling, I need to get somewhere with studying today if I want to get my degree, haha! I'll catch you tomorrow again! x

So yesterday was October 3rd, and today is Wednesday.. so what better way to celebrate this memory than do a hot pink smoothie for breakfast? It's made of raspberries, beetroot, a touch of lemon and some Alpro quark - so good!

Today I'm at home again waiting for some deliveries, already gotten one and now waiting for the second one that should arrive any minute now. After that has arrived my plan is to head down to central London to go on the hunt for some cinnamon buns since today is National Cinnamon Bun Day in Sweden, I'm almost certain there won't be any to find but I thought I'd give it a shot. Other than that I need to keep the studying up and do some reading.

Hope you're enjoying your Wednesday and Cinnamon Bun Day! :)
